Project Description

The proposed project is to be constructed within the existing City Hall Building located on the City's Civic Campus and shall consist of demolishing the existing one-story building and constructing a three-story municipal building with first tier mixed-use parking and offices, while the second and third tiers will solely consist of office spaces.  This proposed cornerstone structure is intended to be the focal point of the renovated Civic Campus.
