Healthy Fontana is a community-based and award-winning program that promotes a healthy lifestyle with an emphasis on four core components: nutrition, active living, smart growth and community partnerships. Our goal is to create greater awareness of health in our community and inspire people to make impactful changes to their lifestyle that help us all live longer and healthier lives.

    • Spice up your evening with our FREE Date Night cooking class. Ages 18+. Registration opens Feb 20, and pre-registration is required.

Introducing the NEW Healthy Fontana Rewards Card!

Healthy Fontana wants to reward you for taking steps toward a healthier you. Card holders can receive a "punch" with each punch leading them closer to a health inspired prize. Participants can earn a punch by participating in any Healthy Fontana sponsored activity.

Q:  Is the program open to all ages?

A:  Yes.

Q:  How can I participate?

A:  Find Healthy Fontana at a community event or contact us to receive your rewards card. For a listing of events, see above.

Q:  How do I earn punches?

A:  Visit the Healthy Fontana booth at an event and let staff know you're participating in the rewards program and would like a punch for your card.

Q:  How do I redeem my prizes?

A:  Once you have collected all 5 or 10 punches, contact Healthy Fontana to schedule a pick-up of your incentive.
