Fontana Auto Center Developments

  • Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and Jeep

    • Location: South Highland Ave. and Oleander Ave. in the Southwest Corner 
    • Expected Timeline: Winter 2022 Completion 
    • Description: The new Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealership will be 46,073 sq. ft. in size and include a service center and a carwash area. It is the latest development along Fontana’s Auto mall.     • Completed: Summer 2021

Shopping Center Developments

  • Northgate Market Shopping Center

    • Location: Sierra Ave and San Bernardino Ave. in the Northwest Corner
    • Expected Timeline: Construction Starts Winter 2022 
    • Description: A new shopping center has been approved for Central Fontana. Occupying the location of a former car dealership the new shopping center will be anchored by Northgate Market, the first in the City. The shopping center will also include various new tenants as well as drive-through pads.Northgate Market Renduring

Hospitality Developments

  • La Quinta Hotel

    • Location: Juniper Ave. and Slover Ave. in the Southeast Corner 
    • Expected Timeline: Currently Under Construction
    • Description: The new hotel will consist of four stories and will have 111 rooms. Amenities for the hotel will include an outdoor pool and spa, a fitness center, a laundry room, and a continental breakfast area. 

La Qunita Hotel Renduring

  • Marriott Towne Place Suites

    • Location: 10530 Sierra Ave.  
    • Expected Timeline: Construction Starts Winter 2022 
    • Description: Fontana will soon be home to Marriott Towne Place Suites. The hotel along with the newly approved La Quinta Hotel will seek to offer more opportunities for overnight accommodation for visitors to the City. 

Service Station Developments

  • ARCO Gas Commercial Center

    • Location: Alder Ave. and Foothill Ave. in the Southwest Corner
    • Expected Timeline: Construction Starts Spring 2022 
    • Description: The commercial development on the southwest corner of Foothill and Alder Avenue will include a carwash, gas station, convenience store, and a commercial suite. The proposed building will be in Art deco style as an homage to Historic Route 66. 

ARCO Alder and Foothill Renduring

  • 7-Eleven

    • Location: Mango Ave. and Sierra Lakes Pkwy
    • Expected Timeline: Construction Starts Winter 2022 
    • Description: 7-Eleven will soon construct a new building on the northeast corner of Mango Avenue and Sierra Lakes Parkway.
