Work done under this permit is to be scheduled prior to doing any work by calling the Emergency Inspection line at (909) 350-6507, available 24 hours/7 days a week.
Leave your company name, permit number, the location and description of the work needed, and job site contact with phone number.
The annual emergency permit covers the installation or maintenance in emergency situations of existing public utilities located in the public right-of-way or utility easements.
It is only to be used in situations where the utility corporation is unable to pull a standard permit after hours or in emergency situations.
Such blanket permits shall not be used for routine work outside of said circumstances.
Monthly reports of work done under the blanket permit shall be sent monthly to the Department of Engineering at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any additional work will require a standard permit to be pulled.
