We provide students with a better understanding of local government as well as the chance to participate in local initiatives, campaigns, conferences, and events.
Board Members are required to meet the minimum requirements for membership. Students interested in becoming board members for the new term will be invited to an interview in the month of May with MYAC advisors, give a speech at the end of the year, and later be voted into office for the upcoming term. Board members must participate in all mandatory events, projects, and meetings. Board Members are voted into office at the annual MYAC Banquet for the upcoming term.
